Meet Your Instructor
Erica Gaines is the CEO/Founder of TacMobility. She has been researching the law enforcement community since 2017 and developed TacMobility in 2020. After interacting with over 100,000 police officers throughout her career, she decided to combine her studies of trauma exposure and yoga into creating a program that teaches officers how to understand their stress and manage it better.
