Do I need to wear special clothing?

We recommend clothing that allows for movement such as workout apparel or BDU’s that have enough stretch. Your shoes will come off when you do the myofascial release techniques so socks are recommended as well.

 

What if I have an injury?

Erica will ask you at the beginning of the class if anyone has any injuries or physical limitations. Let her know what’s going on, even if it’s an old injury that doesn’t give you too much grief!

 

Do I need to bring anything with me to a TacMobility event?

You received a link titled ‘New Client Intake Form’ in your initial confirmation email. This needs to be completed before participating in the group class even if you’ve completed it before.

 

What should I expect at an in-person TacMobility event?

Show up 5 minutes early and chill in the waiting area when you first walk in. You will participate in the class with up to 25 other first responders. Erica will begin the class with introductions and a quick assessment of everyone’s recovery needs. 

Erica will guide all participants through TacMobility recovery methods such as deep, fascial stretching, myofascial release, and nervous system regulation.

What should I expect at a virtual TacMobility event?

Join the meeting 5 minutes early on Zoom via the link sent out with your reservation confirmation or reminder email. If a passcode is necessary, it will be included in those emails as well. You will participate in the session with up to 25 first responders. Erica will begin the class with introductions and general housekeeping instructions. 

The virtual course is identical to the in-person learning experience. Your class is broken up into two parts. Part 1 is classroom style learning with PowerPoints, training aids and exercises. In part two, Erica will guide all participants through TacMobility recovery methods such as deep, fascial stretching, myofascial release, and nervous system regulation.

 

What if I need to cancel my paid training?

We understand that schedules change. Notify us via email within 30 days of your training to receive a full refund via account transfer. If you need to cancel for any reason within 29-11 days of your scheduled training, you will receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee via account transfer. If cancelling within 10 days of your training, we will issue you a voucher for the pre-recorded version of this training - no refund will be issued.
