Erica Gaines, CEO and Founder
Erica founded TacMobility in 2019 and currently operates as Chief Executive Officer. She is a certified yoga instructor and currently pursuing a degree in Sociology at Arizona State University. With a passion for helping the LEO community combat chronic pain and increase positive mental health, Erica currently serves police agencies globally.

Josh Auer, Strategic Operations Advisor
Josh gives high-level guidance and advisory support to TacMobility, with a focus on financial decision-making, organizational positioning, and professional representation. He also serves as a TacMobility instructor and is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Additionally, he is a full-time police officer in Arizona and a K9 handler.

Sharon Fritts, Operations Coordinator
Sharon brings experience across healthcare, education, consulting and live events to support TacMobility’s operations and growth. Introduced to the organization by longtime friends in law enforcement, she is passionate about helping the team build the systems and partnerships that expand meaningful wellness support for officers.

Mel Koenen, LE Counselor
Mel is a licensed therapist that specializes in first responders and is the wife of a trooper. She is passionate about bringing good, practical wellness solutions to first responders. In her spare time, Mel volunteers with Backing the Blue Line as their Director of Wellness. She enjoys spending time with friends/family and her newest hobby is bird watching.
Mel is privileged to serve agencies in Minnesota as a contracted clinician.

MJ Oubre, Data Analyst
MJ is a river ecologist who specializes in fisheries management and data analytics. They earned a Bachelor’s in Geography at Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Biological Sciences at Minnesota State University. While studying in Minnesota, MJ utilized public datasets to model the invasion risk of non-native fishes. Having completed many data-intensive research projects and an extensive background in statistics, they bring science and data to the forefront of first responder wellness. In their free time, MJ enjoys fossil hunting, hiking, and road trips with their wife.

Samantha Holman, MA, LLP, CFRC
Samantha is a licensed therapist specializing in working with first responders. Through her work in both private practice and a county jail, she has developed an understanding of the unique stressors faced by those in high-pressure careers. Samantha is passionate about making mental health approachable, realistic, and culturally relevant for first responders.
