This training is for:
Sgt’s and Lt’s looking for ways to incorporate wellness during briefings
Patrol officers wanting a game plan for how to survive the badge
Peer Support/Wellness Unit members that want additional topics to include in programs
CSI’s and dispatchers who are always forgotten about
In-Service Objectives:
➡️ Evidence-based research that teaches the science behind stress and how it’s is related to our physical tension & chronic pain.
➡️ Live training aids to induce and help students identify Fight or Flight (FoF) symptoms so that you can lower FoF responses in real time.
➡️ 60 minutes of guided tension relief techniques with police wellness expert Erica Gaines, that are customized to fit the needs of everyone attending - upper back, low back, neck, knees or hips.
➡️ Plus, 4 Continuing Education Credits provided through IADLEST (International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards & Training) in most states.
