Controlling the Mind & the Machine Training Course - 65% of Police report muscular tension. We show you the science behind trauma exposure and how to recover from it. You'll also learn about physical & emotional deceleration, stress responses in your body, and how to effectively reduce stress.

Myofascial Release & Stretching Workshops - 55min Physical recovery, just like we promised. Your final classroom hour is all about regulating your nervous system, releasing tension with static stretching and myofascial release with a lacrosse ball.

December 20th - 8a, 9, 11a, 1p, 2p

Yoga (All Levels) - 55min - Hatha yoga practice that incorporates deep breathing and multiple poses for flexibility, strength and relaxation.
