If you’re on Peer Support, you’ve probably run yourself into the ground watching your co-workers choose unhealthy coping skills over effective ones. The burnout is no joke.

If you’ve been through the fire and have come out stronger, you’re trusted amongst your peers and you REALLY care about their health, this advanced training is for you. If you feel limited in how you can help and you’ve got a list of EAP resources but folks just aren’t biting, this training is for you.

Join us in Arizona for a transformative training designed to equip peer support members and wellness unit coordinators with the holistic skills to support effectively.

This 8-hour advanced training is designed to equip peer support teams, wellness coordinators, and leadership with real-world, actionable tools to improve debriefing effectiveness, reduce burnout/compassion fatigue, and enhance post-critical incident support.

Advanced Peer Support Training objectives:

Dive Into Human Behavior:

Learn proven techniques from clinical practices to better understand your people—how they process trauma, respond to stress, and what they truly need from peer support.

Training Aids for Effective Peer Support:

Develop a clear sense of your role and impact in crisis response. Learn and practice stress reducing techniques to help your people. Walk away with practical, easy-to-apply strategies to create sustainable change —for yourself and your team.

Address and Reduce Compassion Fatigue:

Incorporating healthy boundaries when caring for your co-workers because it’s not your journey - it’s theirs. Utilize cold exposure to practice breaking the ice with your people.

Balance with Burnout Recovery:

Experience hands-on mobility, breathwork and vagus stimulation that helps process trauma, release chronic tension, and restore nervous system balance.
