This partnership would create a centralized wellness resource designed specifically for APA members, combining physical readiness, burnout prevention, and peer support education.

Exclusive Member Wellness Portal
Your members would receive access to a members-only wellness hub designed specifically for law enforcement.
This portal would include:
Short mobility routines designed for officers
Stress regulation tools
Resilience training resources
Peer support education
Downloadable wellness resources
The goal is to provide simple, practical tools officers can actually use in their day-to-day lives.
Mobility & Injury Prevention Videos
Members would have access to a series of short videos focused on maintaining physical readiness and reducing common law enforcement injuries.
Examples include:
5-minute shift reset routines
Lower back and hip mobility for long patrol shifts
Shoulder and neck recovery exercises
Post-duty decompression routines
