If you have low back or hip pain from policing, TacMobility is for you. The training course provides on-duty stretches and injury prevention exercises (so you don’t throw your back out). The course also focuses on trauma education, developing emotional intelligence and improving resiliency in a way that doesn’t suck.

Course objectives:

➡️ Evidence-based research that teaches the science behind stress and how it’s is related to our physical tension & chronic pain

➡️ Live training aids to induce Fight or Flight (FoF) symptoms so that you can experience FoF and also learn how to lower FoF responses in real time

➡️ Plus, 60 minutes of guided tension relief techniques that are customized to fit the needs of everyone attending - upper back, low back, neck, knees or hips (everyone’s fave😃)

➡️ Plus, plus 4 Continuing Education Credits provided through IADLEST (International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards & Training) in most states
