Trauma Informed Policing - Evidence based research on stress & trauma exposure

Resiliency Development - Live stress inoculation to develop and practice optimal Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

Chronic Tension Management - Customized programming with myofascial release and static stretching

Stress Management - Practice simple debriefing skills to manage stress levels
