  • National data of officer stress to normalize stress and enforce the necessity of preventative and post recovery.

➡️ Section 2: Emotional Intelligence Building in Policing 

  • Discuss the unique emotional challenges of policing in 2024 and the ways policing has evolved.

  • Engaging training aids that develop emotional intelligence for better decision making.

  • Experience the power of cold exposure to help identify Fight or Flight symptoms to prepare for future crisis management.

  • Practice heart rate and nervous system regulation techniques crucial for effective de-escalation during crisis situations.

  • Practice guided mobility techniques using a simple lacrosse ball and static stretching.

  • Alleviate chronic tension and pain, improve quality of life, increase happiness and, reduce the risk of suicidality.
