NICE TO MEET YOU - I'M ERICA

Founder/Chief Executive Officer of TacMobility

I've been delivering a unique approach to wellness training in law enforcement since 2019 and you know what I noticed?

  1. Women are often hired to act and think like men.

  2. Women face more pressure to perform, and it's showing in health statistics.

  3. There is a lot of talk about “balance” and not enough women feeling it.

This 4-hour training was designed with these 3 things in mind. Buckle up for the TacMobility No-Bullshit approach to addressing problems head-on and practicing solutions. See you in the classroom.

“I really loved the humor and real talk. I hate when people get up and present and become prim and proper. To me it is stuffy and not relatable. I would have loved for it to have gone longer!”

“I never realized how much my stress and hormones were impacting my career and relationships until I attended this training. It changed everything.”

“I walked away feeling empowered, energized, and in control of my life again. Erica doesn’t just teach wellness, she shows you how to live it.”

Let’s talk FAQ's

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY “VIRTUAL CLASSROOM”?

This training has such good feedback when we deliver it in-person that we HAD to make it accessible for any female cop across the globe. This training is held over zoom and you'll receive your login once you sign up.

WHAT TIME ZONE IS THIS HELD IN?

We operate on Arizona time. You will want to double-check by visiting this Arizona time zone website.

CAN WE HOST THIS TRAINING FOR ALL THE FEMALES IN MY DEPARTMENT?

Hell yes. It's $750 and no maximums - pack out your classrooms. You get a Facilitator Guide - email us for the package info@tacmobility.net.

WILL THIS BE RECORDED?

Nope! An abridged version of this training is available to members in the TacMobility library, but the only way to fully experience it is to show up.

CAN I SHARE PHOTOS/SCREENSHOTS FROM THE WORKSHOP?

Absolutely! In fact, I'll send you an email after the training that has slides and resources from our time together!
