If you have low back or hip pain from policing, TacMobility is for you. The training course provides on-duty stretches and injury prevention exercises (so you don’t throw your back out). The course also focuses on trauma education, developing emotional intelligence and improving resiliency in a way that doesn’t suck.
*Note - Live recovery techniques performed by all attendees
Female LEO’s
Working in law enforcement means chronic tension and stress - you know this. But, being a female in law enforcement involves managing that, PLUS life, PLUS family planning, PLUS ego's and more. Attendees will learn how to identify and manage stress with practical on/off duty stretches that reduce back, shoulder and hip pain.
*Note - No special clothing required.
Burnout Recovery w/TacMobility
Working in law enforcement means chronic tension and stress - you know this. But did anyone show you how to manage it? This course is designed to show you how stress works while letting you experience tension relief. Attendees will learn on/off duty stretches to help reduce low back, shoulder and hip pain.

Instructor Bio
Erica Gaines is a Law Enforcement culture and wellness expert having met over 100,000 officers since 2013. She created the world’s largest anonymous data survey of police and cumulative stress and her training is nationally accredited through the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement. Erica is a certified yoga instructor specializing in yoga therapy to rehabilitate and prevent injuries.
