NO DEATH BY POWERPOINT

NO CHECK-THE-BOX WELLNESS

sponsored by southwest Crime Conference

After attending police conferences as The Knife Girl, former switchblade saleswoman Erica Gaines, Founder/CEO of TacMobility, realized that cops weren’t just living out their dream jobs, they were also running their bodies into the ground. Recognizing the physiological need for cops and first responders to recover, she reframed the touchy-feely approach to wellness and developed a tactical wellness training program that police could actually understand…TacMobility.
