FOR YOU OR YOUR AGENCY

Ready to get uncomfortable?

For 11 days, you're getting in the cold. One minute a day. A cold shower counts. So does a plunge, an ice bath, or a stock tank in the backyard.

Most people quit cold exposure because they try to go hard on day one and have nobody holding them to it. So we start easy, build to a full minute by Day 4, and you'll get an email every morning telling you exactly what to do.

Why the day after Thanksgiving?

Holiday overtime. Short sleep. Family stress. Short-staffed shifts. This is the stretch of the year when everything gets loud.

Eleven minutes of practice teaching your body to stay calm when it's uncomfortable. That's the whole ask.

What cold actually does

Handle stress better

Practice staying steady while your body is screaming at you to get out. That skill shows up on calls, at home, and everywhere in between.

Mood and energy

Cold exposure bumps dopamine. Most people notice they feel more awake and less foggy for hours after.

Less pain

Cold can take the edge off aches and soreness right after you get out. Your back and your duty belt will thank you.
